love trilogy

This is a longer term project to bring the entire Love Trilogy to the stage, in one season.

Each of the three plays in the Love Trilogy reached the final stages of Soho Theatre's prestigious Verity Bargate in separate years, being shortlisted (The Power of Love), longlisted (Love Hurts) and in the final ten (Time After Time) respectively. In spite of this, the Love Trilogy as a whole has never been staged.

The Power of Love was the first play in the series and enjoyed a successful run at the Southwark Playhouse in 1998, directed by Michael Cabot.

Love Hurts - the second play in the trilogy - was workshopped and presented as a rehearsed reading at Arcola Theatre in 2000, while Time After Time - the third play - remains as yet unperformed.
